Regeneron is currently looking for an Associate Manager to join our Quality Control (QC) Qualified Materials team. The Associate Manager- QC Qualified Materials is responsible for the oversight of the QC Reference Standard and QC Qualified Materials functional area activities. They will work cross-functionally with other Regeneron QC Lab Managers, Regeneron Regulatory Sciences, Regeneron Protein Group in Tarrytown, and partners. This role involves customer service aspects for all internal and external clients.

As an Associate Manager QC - Qualified Materials, a typical day might include the following:
- Responsible for QC Reference Standard and Qualified Materials Regeneron personnel.
- Responsible for QC Reference Standard and Qualified Materials processes.
- Set and maintain internal requirements for product reference standards.
- Ensures timely procurement and implementation of product reference standards and qualified materials.
- Oversee and maintain appropriate inventory levels of product reference standards and qualified materials.
- Provide direction to staff that support QC Reference Standards and QC Qualified Materials process.
- Work with members of QC Labs, Tarrytown, and Business Partners for reagent and product reference standard forecasts.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Evaluates and documents deviations in the appropriate Quality System.
- Oversight of the preventive and corrective maintenance monitoring program.
- Prepare and provide regular data updates to the management and group.
- Prepare and track metrics.
- Lead and coordinate the improvement effort of streamlining processes.
- Performs personnel management functions including time sheet submissions, scheduling of vacations, personnel development, and performance evaluations.
- Can lead with compassion and integrity.
- Have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Can gather and organize information in a clear manner.
- Can learn new skills quickly and apply new concepts.
- Possess effective time management skills.
- Seek to identify continuous improvement needs.
