As an HR Employee Services Specialist- Knowledge Management, you will play a pivotal role in providing seamless HR experiences to Regeneron’s employees by resolving HR inquiries efficiently. This position is crucial for maintaining our world-class employee service standards and expanding our service footprint by serving as a multidisciplinary Subject Matter Expert (SME) with advanced systems and knowledge base access.

A Typical Day Might Include The Following
- Resolving non-routine inquiries by collaborating with colleagues or managers to find optimal solutions to customer issues; providing consultation on HR policies and programs; offering specialized service by investigating issues and determining methods to resolve problems.
- Delivering executive inquiry support as a specialized service to Vice Presidents and above.
- Delivering Tier 1 & Tier 2 training to ensure a seamless tiered customer servicing experience.
- Ensuring case quality via auditing/scoring and providing feedback/guidance on cases.
- Creating operating procedures and work instructions.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the knowledge management program.
- Ensuring all Customer Content Systems (CCS) are updated to reflect updated content; a mission-critical function.
- Facilitating and delivering the getConnected experience at one of the core Regeneron sites.
- Responding to inquiries as needed to handle increased volume or to support staffing/Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels.
- Making recommendations for CCS, content, portal, and process changes as continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Participating as an SME in Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects; providing feedback and insight on employee perspectives and making recommendations as needed.
- Upholding HR4U Service Center policies, procedures, and work instructions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
- You have strong business acumen and a strong customer experience presence.
- You are adaptable to swift program changes, with skills in proactive critical thinking and problem-solving.
- You possess computer literacy, including working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
- You have a problem-solving skillset and are adaptable to program changes.
- Have HCM/HRIS knowledge.
- Report management and interpretation skills.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HR service center operations.
