R23048 Temp HR Operations Specialist ​

Pay Range: 32.21 - 44.28

We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist (contractor) with a Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm schedule! The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the initiating, auditing, correcting and troubleshooting of employee data into Workday and Oracle.  Overall, this position is responsible for the quality, integrity and quick resolution of issues within HR Operations, ensuring the consistency and quality of employee core data entry, day to day operational transactions for Workday, Oracle, HireRight, ServiceNow, Weichert, Electronic Data Management, and other systems used within the HR Operations team.

 

The HR Operations Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting and problem solving for HR Operations as it relates to the systems and quality for HR data management.  They will be responsible for:

  • The final audit position within HR Ops prior to actual data entry into the system – with a goal of zero errors.
  • Conducts audits of the process, identifies deviations from the process, keeping an updated log of issues, work with coordinators to ensure compliance with the process.
  • Work with rest of team across all sites collecting monthly updates of the operations metrics for the group (volume/error rate).
  • Working with key stakeholder groups such as payroll and IT to resolve issues, identify solutions to problems and implement those solutions.  Escalating to the Manager HR Ops as needed.
  • Take direction and carry out activities as directed by Manager HR Ops as it relates to issues such as mass uploads of employee data, communications, and onboarding activities

 

Work with Manager HR OPs to develop solutions to complex problems, plan of action, and then execution to resolve issues as they arise.

  • Manages workload and assignments, auditing the processes, identifying, and correcting errors, aiding in problem solving.
  • Demonstrates strong working knowledge of HR information systems, preferably Workday, which enable and support all HR transaction processing.
  • Responsible for level one support (troubleshooting, remedying) for end users on business issues
  • Knowledgeable in I-9 processing and Background Checks

  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities by increasing efficiency, automation and reducing errors and then raises these issues to the Mgr. HR Ops for incorporation into Global Operational Excellence Team.
  • Participates in root cause analysis to recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity
  • Independently lead small to mid-size continuous improvement projects

To be considered for the HR Operations Specialist position you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30am. Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA with an MBA or Masters degree preferred. Plus, 5 or more years of experience within one or more HR operational functions.

Salary : $32 - $44
