We seek a dynamic and experienced Group Practice Manager (GPM) to join our team. This position oversees the administrative and operational functions associated with assigned practices. The GPM is critical in ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operation. This includes ensuring smooth and efficient office operation, inventory control, personnel management, patient experience, compliant office operations, and patient flow. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise personnel.
- Review and respond to patient inquiries and complaints.
- Supervise patient scheduling, registration, eligibility verification, and fill-in for staff as needed.
- Develop, implement, and monitor office procedures to improve office flow and overall operations.
- Review the office budget and expenditures and work to ensure the practice stays within the budget parameters.
- Review and respond timely to patient inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinates schedules for new providers and modifies exiting provider schedules as appropriate.
- Ensure the office is compliant with all policies and procedures, including, quality, safety, and risk.
- Answer incoming calls, obtain, and relay messages properly through email or EMR system as needed.
- Monitor provider schedules and maintain the flow of the clinic.
- Attend community events to educate and promote services.

- An associate's degree or higher educational attainment is preferred; at least two (3) years of medical office experience will be considered equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of office management experience, preferably in a medical environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation, charge entry process, and insurance verification.
- Proficiency in using software applications including EMR, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
- Certification in Medical Practice Management (CPPM) or similar is a plus.
The Group Practice Manager (GPM) is a full-time, salaried, and on-site position that oversees the daily operations of assigned medical office(s) and ensures patient access to care. This includes but is not limited to inventory control, personnel management, patient relations, and patient flow. The GPM monitors clinical and service quality, compliance, financial performance, budget achievement, and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical practice management, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of medical billing. The GPM plays a key role in optimizing the patient experience.
