What You'll Do:
- Greet & check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration.
- Verify insurance coverage & collect co-pays to support access to care.
- Answer phone calls & assist with patient inquiries in a helpful, friendly manner.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA regulations.
- Support a smooth and efficient front office operation to enhance the patient experience.
- Be a steward for the mission of ReGenesis Health Care.
