The Warehouse and Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing the warehouse and materials management team, and, the Customer Order Fulfillment Team (Shipping) material flow, receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control within the warehouse(s). This position ensures that the solid execution of company programs consistent with the overall company values. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of warehousing best practices, experience in distribution and logistics, and understands the impact of these areas in the company’s overall Supply Chain Economics and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions:
- Ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse employees in all locations.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and health regulations in all activities conducted in Mahwah facility
- Continually improve warehouse standards, organization and layout, including implementation of improved labelling and storage systems
- Identify practical and technical solutions to material traceability, control and accuracy. Working with management to select and deploy these solutions.
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the warehouse, operations, including inventory control, cycle counts, inspections of incoming goods and outgoing shipments.
- Ensuring a wellcoordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards and policies
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, managing stock rotation to prevent overstocking or understocking, and optimizing storage space.
- Tracking key metrics like productivity, accuracy, and delivery times to identify areas for improvement including process/workflow improvements and systems changes to achieve performance goals
- Work in a cross functional team to ensure ontime delivery targets.
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and timely.
- Oversee the sterilization schedule of finished products and resolve any issues that arise.
- Resolves technical or quality problems to meet production schedules and customer ship dates.
- Collaborating with transportation providers to schedule deliveries, manage shipping documents, and optimize delivery routes.
- Oversee secondary packaging operations taking place in the warehouse.
- Provide leadership and supervision of warehouse employees. Provide training and feedback through coaching, monitoring and evaluating job results.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product and process.
- Initiate action to improve product and process flow.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

Education, Experience and Certification:
- This position requires a minimum of a bachelor' s degree with 5 years in management, or supervisory role within Materials Management, Inventory Management and/or Distribution environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- International shipping experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience working with electronic data, especially with spreadsheets, ERP/MRP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant software.
- Strong problemsolving skills to identify issues and implement solutions
