Responsibilities :
- Evaluate new investment opportunities for their risks and possible returns driven by detailed financial analysis
- Actively participate in and drive the due diligence process when evaluating new investments
- Prepare investment committee materials for the presentation of various investment opportunities
- Perform business, financial, and operational analysis across portfolio companies to help influence senior management decision-making
- Assist the executive leadership and senior management with various operational and restructuring projects for the current portfolio of companies
- Assist with ad-hoc special projects and support the development of long-term strategic initiatives across portfolio companies
Requirements :
This position will be based at Regent's headquarters in Beverly Hills, California. Additionally, candidates must have flexibility to travel on a regular basis with short notice.
For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in California, Regent, L.P. includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 per year to $115,000 per year.
