- Summit Surgery Center is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. This role is responsible for submitting claims and statements to third-party payers and guarantors, reconciling billing issues, and providing financial counseling to patients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to supporting the center's mission and values.
What you'll do
Support the facility's mission, goals, and objectives.
Verify accuracy of patient insurance information.
Verify accuracy of insurance payments and adjustments.
Field billing-related calls from patients and insurance companies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Two or more years of billing experience.
Location
This position is based at Summit Surgery Center.
