Our admissions counselors assist prospective applicants with the goal of converting qualified applicants to enrolled students. They demonstrate effective professionalism and extraordinary customer service in every prospect and applicant conversation on the phone, in person, and through email communication. Our admissions call center fields a high number of inbound and outbound calls guiding prospects through degree consultation, career counseling, and the application process. Employees who enjoy multi-tasking, utilizing technology, customer interaction, and working in education will thrive in this position.
Our hiring process is swift and efficient. We aim to prescreen and interview within one week of your application. We begin a new hiring cohort at the beginning of each month. During your interview process we will discuss your full range of benefits including tuition remission and the specifications of the admissions counselor role. Previous experience in admissions or higher education is not required. We provide paid onboarding and all of the training that you will need for your position.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of sales and/or customer service (preferred but not required)
Candidate must have:
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work a 9am-6pm shift and rotating Saturdays.
- Ability to make decisions, work independently, and be a team player.
- Must be able to maintain prospect, applicant, and student confidentiality.
