Essential Duties:
- Serves as the initial contact for students of concern reported to Student Services who are navigating challenges with health, safety, wellness, conduct, academic, or general welfare.
- Liaisons and collaborates with Enrollment Management, RUPD, Academic Affairs, and departments within Student Services to provide necessary resources and action plans for students of concern.
- Administrates case flow in Maxient software for RUBIT, Care Team, and student conduct cases.
- Addresses conduct cases at the direction of the Assistant Dean and/or Dean of Student Services.
- Serves as Deputy Title IX/Non-Discrimination Coordinator.
- Leads University Care Team.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling/Psychology, Higher Education or Law required.
- Working knowledge of Title IX, Non-Discrimination policies, and ADA, and how to practically apply it in a higher education environment.
- Prior Title IX training is preferred.
- Previous experience addressing student conduct cases of a sensitive manner.
