Responsibilities
- Support the Department Chair and Academic Service Manager with office tasks including research, document management, and communication efforts
- Assist with course monitoring for content and instructor engagement
- Assist with operations of Engineering & Computer Science Department meetings, events, and initiatives
- Assist with upkeep of department bulletin boards and office spaces
- Registered and enrolled in any Regent University graduate program
- Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week
- Motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Word, Excel, Teams)
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality
