Responsibilities
- Monitor Law Library facility during early morning/late evening hours, evaluating and reporting issues to Law Library/University personnel or departments as appropriate
- Follow established opening and closing policies and procedures
- Perform basic circulation functions in the Alma ILS
- Assist Law School faculty, students, and other Law Library users in locating and accessing legal resources via Primo or by referring inquiries to a Law librarian
- Perform regular collection maintenance tasks
- Complete date collection tasks
- Assist Law librarians with LibGuides content maintenance
- Ph.D. or other doctoral program candidates strongly preferred. Graduate students (including M.A. in Law); and undergraduates enrolled in either the Honors College or B.A. in Law programs may be considered
- Physical ability to participate in regular collection management and relocation/shifting projects requiring manual dexterity and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Flexible schedule including ability to work weekends, early morning, and late evening shifts preferred
