- Assisting in the upkeep, repair and maintenance of Regent Village
- May include grounds work, responding to residents' maintenance requests, and doing apartment turnarounds
- May include activities such as painting, minor carpentry, minor plumbing and minor electrical work, mowing, weed-whacking and other grounds work, moving furniture, and pressure washing
