Responsibilities
- Manage public events in Regent University's Performing Arts Center including theatre season productions, VIP receptions, and other venue events
- Resolve patron complaints or issues arising during events
- Train volunteer ushers
- Enforce university policies and procedures
- Coordinate with box office and other theatre staff
- Write reports after each event
- Respond to emergencies during event
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of performing arts and CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Evening and weekend availability
