Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Health Services Administrator, the Admissions Coordinator provides clerical support to the admissions program of the Health Center. This includes intake functions, admission contracts, room readiness, tours, and other related duties.
The ideal candidate will present themselves in a professional manner and ensure resident satisfaction as a representative of the organization.
This part-time position is scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:30am to 5pm.
Pay Rate: $20.60 to $29.88 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Candidates should have at least one year of training and experience that equips them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
- Prior experience in a similar clerical position is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software.
