The Opportunity
The Corporate Strategy team is seeking a highly-motivated and intellectually curious intern to support critical initiatives focused on driving long-term growth and enhancing competitive advantage. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic decision-making processes and contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will work closely with senior corporate strategy team members, assisting in research, analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations.
\n- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor landscape, key players, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Assess competitor strategies and identify potential areas for differentiation.
- Work with teams across different departments to gather information and align on strategic direction.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions.
- Create presentations to communicate strategic recommendations to the team and senior leadership.
- It is imperative that REGENXBIO employees embody our core values by working collaboratively, building strong relationships and using clear communication to meet shared objectives.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a relevant STEM field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent research and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong interest in corporate strategy and business development.
