Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with skills in scheduling, inventory control, and food management. As the Front of House Manager, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional service while managing the front-of-house operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures related to hospitality management.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
  • Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses and revenue to meet financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
  • Support staff during peak hours by stepping in as needed to help maintain service standards.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with experience in quick service fast food restaurants or hotels preferred.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
