- Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures related to hospitality management.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses and revenue to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
- Support staff during peak hours by stepping in as needed to help maintain service standards.
