Job Goal :
Provide a stable server and network infrastructure for the efficient, timely, and cost-effective support and delivery of services to Region 4 ESC and its clients. Evaluate current infrastructure services and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications : Education
Associate's degree in Information Technology or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology field
Experience
- Four years of recent hands-on experience in supporting a Microsoft Windows environment in a domain structure with a minimum of 250 nodes
- Two years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining server and / or desktop platform hardware.
- Proficient in troubleshooting LAN / WAN connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi.
- One year of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Vonage VOIP hardware and software.
- One year in supporting three-tier and two-tier applications.
- Recent hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Windows systems, storage devices, network devices, security systems, and hypervisor technologies.
- Two years of recent experience administering M365 and other Cloud computing resources.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, testing proficiency or complementary certification
- Proficient knowledge of TCP / IP stack and troubleshooting
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting switched networks, routers, and firewalls
