Works closely with Regional ISO and Network Security Specialist to improve Region 7's security posture. Manages and oversees security policies and configuration for moderate to complex network infrastructures. Responsible for designing and maintaining networks that are fault-tolerant and redundant for maximum uptime for staff and WAN customers. Responsible for WAN router and firewall configurations / maintenance. Provides leadership to team members for moderate to complex changes. Provides customers with designs, assistance, and recommendations for LEA's improvements to their LAN.
