Education/Training:
Bachelor Degree or required license
Prefer Master Degree in related field

Experience:
At least 10 years of related experience.
Prefer central office or campus-level administrative experience.
Knowledge / Skills:

Knowledge of different types of assessments, when those would be used, and how they correspond to TIA

Frequent regional travel; occasional statewide travel
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and implement services to schools applying for and implementing the Teacher Incentive Allotment
- Work collaboratively with ESC 7 center directors and their staff in planning and implementing services
- Partner with TEA, other ESCs, and state and national agencies, as appropriate, to support TIA schools
- Routinely monitor the TIA webpage
- Develop district communications with TIA schools and keep communications up-to-date
- Analyze program evaluation data and conduct a comprehensive needs assessment for ongoing program planning and improvement
- Participate in formal and informal professional development activities based on needs assessment data, job descriptions, performance evaluation, and job goals
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Funding
All Region 7 employees are at-will employees. Because your assignment is funded by grants, federal funding, and/or special funding, your continued employment is expressly conditioned on the availability of funding for the position. If funding becomes unavailable due to loss of state/federal funding or due to financial constraints of Region 7 ESC, your position is subject to immediate termination.
Salary : $77,933 - $108,683
