Job Summary
Region Commercial, located in West Springfield, MA, is a fast growing commercial real estate company, looking for a full-time, Commercial Real Estate Director. This individual is responsible for daily marketplace engagement. They will join a dynamic, quickly growing sales team and take on a leadership role. On a daily basis this person’s responsibilities will include interfacing directly with commercial real estate owners and tenants in the New England marketplace. The best candidate will be eager to connect with building owners and tenants, grow the brand, and consistently uncover new business opportunities.
This position reports directly to the Managing Broker and therefore candidates must be eager to join a team, believe collaboration serves clients best, and of course be a self starter, resilient, and adaptable. This role requires candidates have prior commercial real estate experience - sales & leasing, or other applicable involvement.
The role is full-time - hybrid with both in office and remote work. There is a minimum 2-day in office requirement with any additional time spent in-market, on meetings or tours, canvasing, or working from home. Individuals must always be available for team communication via their phone or computer, and be prepared for occasional weekend/holiday work as needed. Members of our team must have a “Client First” mentality - always be looking for ways we can add value to new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on new listing or client representation numbers goals
- Consistently cultivate new marketplace relationships
- Be “fluent” in commercial real estate property needs and considerations
- Drive brand and company services awareness through calls and digital engagement
- Maintain and organize market information effectively
- Achieve meaningful new prospect engagement (10-12 interactions per day)
- Empathize with client goals, listen clearly to direction, their needs, and provide thoughtful guidance
- Maintain consistent communication with the Region Commercial brokerage and operations teams, as well as the management team
- Raise “Social Capital” with the Region Commercial brand
- Remain in alignment with company values, culture, and organizational goals at all times
- Always look for “one more way” to exceed expectations
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or adjacent field
- Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Required
- Must be proficient in the real estate brokerage process, and be familiar with building owner needs
- Applicant must have a sales or customer service background
- Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive
- Amazing organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast paced environment as well as take on a leadership role
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Must possess and be willing to use personal vehicle to travel
- Valid drivers license required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CoStar, LoopNet, and MLS
- Property management or building services experience a plus
- Experience working on a small entrepreneurial team a plus
Salary
Base Salary: $40,000 per year

Commission: This individual will be paid a commission for any transactions they are involved with sourcing as a member of the transaction team.
Estimated Annual Compensation (Deal flow dependent): $75,000 - $150,000 annually (Base Commission)
