CLASSIFICATION TITLE: Program Manager II, Nelson (Full Time)
General Statement Of Responsibilities
This is a FLSA exempt position in which the incumbent serves as a Program Manager II at the Town Creek Assisted Living Facility, a Region Ten residential program for adults. Under the direction of the Director Ill, the incumbent assists with clinical training, staffing, coordinating program services, and supervision of staff.
Qualifications
In order to ensure the safe and efficient fulfillment of any travel on behalf of the board, a valid Virginia driver's license plus an acceptable driving record as issued by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles are required. For use of a personal vehicle to conduct Region Ten business, a certificate of valid personal automobile insurance must be provided. Prior supervisory experience required. Must possess current active license for Assisted Living Facility Administrators or be willing to get license within one year. One year of supervisory experience is preferred. In addition, the incumbent must have at entry level the following knowledge, skills and abilities. These must be documented or observable in the application form of supporting documentation or in the interview (with appropriate documentation). Must be willing to become certified as a Medication Technician.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours weekly. Flexible schedule to include some evening and weekend hours as needed.
