We are currently hiring a Direct Care Professional to provide high-quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings.
As a Direct Care Professional, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations, while promoting their independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual;
- Providing person-centered care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks, medical procedures, and personal hygiene;
- Collaborating with the individual's support team to ensure seamless care and support;
- Participating in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills;
- Maintaining accurate records and data collection to meet regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, their families, and other support staff. A competitive hourly wage is offered, ranging from $15.15 to $16.24 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
