Store Operations Manager - Cannabis Dispensary

Salary range: $58k to $63k annually

Reports to: CEO

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented leader with previous retail cannabis experience. Our Dispensary is offering premium, boutique, cannabis products. The store is located in beautiful Golden, Colorado. Job Summary:

The Retail Store Manager position is responsible for all store operations. This position will oversee all customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, sales marketing and compliance and safety. This is a leadership position in the company and is expected to perform all management duties ethically and responsibly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· MED compliance with updated regulations

· Day to day operations in making the store and company successful.

· Sales and Marketing to promote products and services

· Inventory Control to minimize loss.

· Inventory ordering based on sales metrics.

· Staffing

· Employee training

· Customer Education

· Safety

· Security

· Disciplinary action and enforcing company policies and processes.

Education and Experience:

· MED Card – required.

· GED or HS Diploma – required.

· 2-3s year of previous experience as a retail store manager – required

· Competent with Google Docs and/or Microsoft word – required.

· 1 Year of college or a bachelor’s degree – preferred

· 1 year of previous retail cannabis experience – highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds periodically.

· Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist during the course of the workday.

· Standing up to 95% of workday.

· Walking short distances during the course of the workday.
