Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding journey by preparing new hire documentation, establishing employee profiles, and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Assist in payroll processing through the collection and verification of attendance records and timesheets, alongside handling payroll inquiries.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize employee training sessions, workshops, and various professional development initiatives.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Act as a resource for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Support the HR team in the planning of company events and recognition initiatives.
  • Aid in the crafting of HR reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in an HR support capacity is advantageous.
