Responsibilities include :
- Providing basic patient care and treatment
- Recording and report patients' vitals
- Communicating with residents' families
- Supervising the unit
- Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments
- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data
