Summary of Duties
As an SRNA / CNA Clinical Nurse, you will assist providers in the examination and treatment of patients, perform lab technician duties, and ensure an exceptional level of patient care. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-focused environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Interview patients and record vital signs (e.g., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height) in patient charts.
Clean and sterilize instruments, restock medical supplies, and inventory / order necessary materials.
Maintain accurate and complete medical histories, family and social histories, and medication records in the EMR system.
Coordinate with providers to ensure all organizational quality standards are consistently met.
Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements :
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : Nurse Aid, Medical Assistant or similar medical certification and minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a medical or clinical setting preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to submit a background check and oral drug screen.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
ADA REQUIREMENTS : Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer service, reading, speaking, writing and understanding English, and problem analysis. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations / teaching. Frequent decision making and independent judgment or action. Frequent keyboarding, sitting, standing, hearing and talking.
