- Provides direct care to adult and geriatric LTC residents - Provides supervision of residents who need supervision in performing their own ADL's and assist as needed - Provide opportunities for residents to maintain their independence. Ambulates residents who are able to ambulate. Report to charge nurse or supervisor when ambulating becomes difficult or unsafe.
