Regional Finance is hiring! We are excited to host an interview day for Sales Specialists and collectors in our Greer office on Feb 20th.
Central Account Sales Specialist interact with borrowers by phone and email during the lending and collection process.
This role includes:
- Contacting customers who have applied for loans and/or information regarding loans from our digital lead sources.
- Explain our personal loan product offerings and will use their knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers.
- Process and Underwrite loan product applications within guidelines and approval authority limits.
- Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy.
Collectors in Central Resolution interact with current auto loan customers regarding the delinquency status of their account.
This role includes:
- Compare and evaluate possible loan resolution solutions and decide which solutions to recommend to customers to best meet their needs and circumstances.
- Responsible for prompt and accurate response to customer's servicing questions and concerns.
- Assist borrowers with other loan maintenance requests.
- Input data and verify information to process electronic payment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Sales, retail, collections, or consumer finance experience preferred
Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and strong phone communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
Must pass a drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks.
Compensation and benefits
Averages $22-25/hr (Includes Performance-Based Incentive Pay – which is unlimited and based on sales/loan performance)

Work Schedule Hours are either 8:30AM-5:30PM or 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 9-1 on the last Saturday of the month. Some flexibility is allowed in consultation with the General Manager. Due to licensing restrictions, this is a 100% in-office position with no remote work.
