Baltimore area property management company is seeking experienced Maintenance Drywall Technician for apartment communities in the Baltimore area.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Drywall replacement.
2. Point up in vacant and occupied units for paint preparations.
3. Snow removal and additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
1. Must have basic tools.
2. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
3. Must have reliable transportation to use for work purposes.
4. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States.
5. Post conditional offer background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
