What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Info Rep (Hybrid) position at REGIONAL MEDICAL IMAGING, P.C.?
SUMMARY
Compiles, verifies, enters in the computer, and files medical records for RMI by performing the following duties.
Top ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for this position:
- Take calls for records requests, image release, printing films, Burning CD’s
- Take calls for Patient Portal support
- Retrieve patient prior imaging from other outside facilities in a variety of formats and import into RMI’s PACS system.
- Check-in and process outside imaging for RMI to interpret through digitizing film, importing CDs or electronic transfer.
- Process electronic requests for records via website and fax.
- SUPPORTS MISSION, VISION AND VALUES OF THE CORPORATION.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 30/60 minute lunch (negotiable)
Training on-site at main office before having the ability to work remotely. Training time TBD
