Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume HVAC service department, managing technicians and staff.
- Optimize scheduling and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Hire, train, and mentor technicians, focusing on both technical expertise and sales skills.
- Implement and teach effective sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Maintain strong communication between customers, office staff, sales teams, and field technicians.
- Track and report team performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation of all jobs, maintaining company standards and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and evolving best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of residential HVAC experience, with management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to develop and grow a high-performing team.
- Extensive technical knowledge in diagnosing and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to train technicians in diagnostic techniques, including high-efficiency inverter systems.
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
- Capable of handling heavy equipment and working in outdoor conditions as needed.

Qualifications
You must have these things:
- 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
