Job Summary
You will run point on strategic marketing initiatives that will move the needle for trusted brands across the midwest by bringing experience, passion and some serious analytical chops to identify, unpack and recommend solutions to marketing problems.
You will be involved in traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics that guide prospects through the customer journey from awareness to purchase. Your role includes managing internal partners and external agencies to test and run campaigns, analyzing data, and providing recommendations, and driving the digital and offline strategy to deliver quality leads. And you are responsible for collaborating on strategies that help keep your region ahead of the home services industry for years to come.
That is a lot! So, to do all of this, you have the balance of strategic thinking, project management and analytical abilities to drive multi-faceted initiatives. You enjoy being able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and manage agencies to meet business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Daily reporting on calls, leads, appointments from each brand creating scorecard aligned across brands.
- Identify tactics for filling gaps for leads and filling appointments working with local market activation employees. Ensure we have enough daily appointments setup to fill capacity.
- Create audience lists and send email, SMS, social media, direct mail to customers aligning with local brand needs.
- Work closely with digital/traditional agencies and Director to ensure on-budget spend and delivery against KPIs.
- Manage affiliate marketing relationships ensuring lead flow is on point and aligning with ad ratio goals.
- Develop influencer campaigns to drive interest in brands via one-to-one direct relationships and brokered relationships.
- Audit effectiveness of campaigns building a ping tree of activities based on performance.
- Ensure content is fully developed on websites, either personally writing or utilizing a contractor to write content.
- Ensure offers are aligned across marketing materials and website updating offer dates and calendars appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Job location: Remote with occasional travel
- 5-10 years of working in a transactional B2C marketing department with a proven track record of success as measured in YoY growth; Equivalent experience in Agency or B2B environment would also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with websites, Google AdWords, SEO and organic search, direct mailers, and social strategies
- Experience analyzing churn metrics, sales funnel, engagement using Google Analytics and other BI tools
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines

Qualifications

- A service-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or another related field
- 2 years of experience working with WordPress, including making content, theme, and SEO updates
- 2 years of experience working with paid Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive higher conversion and ROI
- Deep experience with metrics performance and an analytical approach toward tracking and optimizing results
- 2 years of experience with brand guidelines and voice, employment brand beneficial
- Personal drive and curiosity that fuels creative thinking and innovative ideas
- Strong organization and time management skills - We serve multiple partners across the US.
Responsibilities
Examples of projects YOU may lead include, but are not limited to:
- Development of “Company Overview” and “Employer Profile” page design templates on various job boards (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Execution of national campaigns targeted to specific trade professional populations; methods include direct mail, email, digital advertising paid and organic, social media channels
- Development of social media story boards to be used in building partner business social calendars
- Development and management of Talent Marketing scorecards, focusing on the KPIs that matter most, and stack ranking our teams on execution
- Maintenance and optimization of nurture and engagement messages to reduce funnel leakage from lead gen to hire
