Plumbing Managers are paid an average annual salary of $70,000-$120,000 plus generous bonus.

What YOU will do
- Encouraging and training of other plumbing team members for customer service and technical training
- (Once trained) Reporting of team performance and plumbers performance
- Supervision of all plumbing jobs
- Handling customer satisfaction requests
- Handling permits and inspections
- Training of team members for red alert items to look for to make a client’s home safer.
- Supervision of all Plumbing activities.
- Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
- A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
- Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
- Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
- Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment
What YOU will bring:
- 3-5 years of plumbing management experience
- Residential service plumbing experience - Required
- Licensed Master Plumber, Contractors license - not required but a plus!
- Valid drivers’ license
- Exceptional sales and business acumen.
- Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.

Plumbing Manager
Davison heating, cooling and electrical is excited to announce that we have an immediate opening for a very rewarding role as a Plumbing Department Manager. Our business has over 30 years’ experience in Michigan as a leader in HVAC . New for 2023 we are adding plumbing service to our offering. This role will be a strictly management role. This individual must have adequate experience in all areas of the plumbing trade and be willing and able to encourage and teach others.

Qualifications
What YOU will bring:
· 5 Years residential HVAC experience, management experience preferred
· Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
· Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
· Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high efficiency inverter systems.
· Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
· Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
· Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass background test and drug screen.
· Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
Responsibilities
What YOU will do:
· Daily management of high-volume service department, HVAC service technicians and staff
· Evaluate workload and schedule of service work in a way that best utilizes service technicians.
· Hire, lead, and train a team of techs on technical and sales knowledge.
· Knowledgeable on how to teach sales and new techniques.
· Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customer, office staff, sales department, and field help.
· Report on team performance.
· Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
· Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
