Summary:
This position is for a Branch Office Coordinator in the Eugene, OR office. A RMLS Branch Office Coordinator provides assistance to callers and walk-ins with their memberships, lockbox and key issues, and any other service needed by current and potential subscribers. They are professional in appearance and communication and bring a positive attitude with lots of smiles while providing superior customer service.
This position would require you to work from the Eugene, OR office.
On any given day, the Branch Office Coordinator could be doing one or more of the things:
- Performs all activities necessary to signing up new offices and subscribers, entering information into databases, training on the lockbox system, and providing the New Member Packet with explanations of membership benefits
- Responds to phone calls about membership and lockbox services
- Handles office and membership changes including terminations, reinstatements, and transfers
- Receives and accurately records payments for membership services
- Performs general office functions
- Sorts and delivers mail and incoming faxes
- Maintains accurate logs for the Accounting Department
- Invoices orders for items sold by RMLS
- Digital filing
- Performs all activities related to the lockbox system, including stocking and selling used and new lockboxes, diagnosing problems, producing activity reports, and assisting with audits
- Provides backup for HUD monitoring and listing input as needed
- Provides backup for phone reception: answers multi-line phone and accurately disseminates calls to appropriate staff in a timely manner
- Schedules classes for member training
- Shows ability and willingness to assist in additional task as needed
Skills, experience, and requirements we are looking for:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Accurate keyboarding skills
- Experience with computer data entry and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and document work
- Willingness and ability to learn specialized computer systems
- Basic accounting, cash handling and reconciliation experience
- Experience with CRM/data entry systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus!
