What are the responsibilities and job description for the UCC Certified Code Specialist position at Regional Municipal Services LLC?
Regional Municipal Services is looking for a Part-time PA UCC Certified Code Specialist to perform Residential and Commercial inspections throughout Northeast PA including Luzerne, Schuylkill and Columbia counties.
Requirements:
- Multiple Residential certifications are preferred but the right candidate will be considered and employer paid training will be provided for additional certifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage compliance initiatives.
- This individual will be responsible to work independently traveling to customer sites in multiple counties throughout Northeast PA.
- Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and associates.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
- Detail oriented and organizational skills are a must.
- Continuing education will be provided by the employer.
