21st Century Community Learning Center - Site Coordinator at Kewanee Central Junior High

The Regional Office of Education #28 serving Bureau, Henry & Stark Counties is currently looking to fill the role of Full Time 21st Century Community Learning Center Site Coordinator.

Applications will be accepted at the Bureau Henry Stark Regional Office of Education for the position of Site Coordinator for a 21st Century Community Learning Center ( 21st CCLC) afterschool program at a variety of locations. Work hours for this position will vary based on the site location, but will be Monday through Friday, year-around.

Responsibilities of this staff member include the following:

• Adheres to grant and reporting requirements
• Develops quality 2lst CCLC programming
• Recruit and retain 2lst CCLC staff
• Manage alI logistics of the local 21st CCLC program
• Collects data for local, state, and federal evaluations and audits
• Submits accurate monthly program reports
• Communicates effectively with program staff, teachers, administrators, parents, community partners, and ROE staff.
• Recruit and retain students
• Attends all mandatory meetings, conferences, and trainings
• Provide administration and direction for the local program
• Work in partnership with school day staff and community partners
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
• Represent the ROE with integrity

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a child related field, such as education, youth development, counseling, psychology, and human services or a substantial relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
