What you will do
- Contract Administration: • Supports Lead Paralegal in contract life-cycle management, including overseeing the review and approval process during Lead Paralegal absence. • Drafts, reviews and proof contracts and other related documents. • Assists Lead Paralegal in managing online contract database and medical director database (MediTract, NTracts, Dynafios). Manages clinical contracts (evaluations, draft MSEC report etc., following up with business units to complete evaluations), update clinical contract lists, maintain current copies of vendor certificates of insurance, adding executed contracts. • Assists as needed in drafting scheduled contract reports such as120 Day Protocol Report, Weekly Contracts Report, Pending Contracts Report, etc. • Assists attorneys and Lead Paralegal as needed in the drafting/editing of contract documents. • Coordinates and schedules various contract-related meetings to ensure alignment and progress. • Launches documents for signature in DocuSign and ensure timely execution.
- Business/Corporate Responsibilities: Legal Entities: Prepares annual reports for legal entities. Gather information as instructed by Lead Paralegal for corporate notices, regulatory filings, applications, amendments, and reports. Assists in monitoring and maintaining ongoing requirements/changes to ROH-related entities. ROH Board of Directors: Assists in drafting board-related documents such as meeting schedule, agendas, etc. Assists in compiling meeting packets including requesting information from relevant stakeholders. Scheduling board book review meetings facilitating efficient preparation and collaboration among participants. Reviews meeting minutes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to established standards. Update and maintain information in Lextree, a database of corporate documents. Request internal checks/payments for filing fees as needed.
- Other Administrative Duties: • Communicates with outside counsel to compile and reconcile monthly legal fee reports for Accounts Payable. • Serves as the department’s timekeeper, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submissions. • Performs administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and preparing various legal documents with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Successful completion of the Certified Legal Assistant examination or graduation from an American Bar Association accredited college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies Required and
- Equivalent experience may be utilized in lieu of degree Required
- Minimum 3 years experience of related legal experience, including at least one (1) year as paralegal/legal assistant in a law office or any combination of experience and training. Required

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
