What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Assistant Manager position at Regional Property Management Firm?
Residential apartment company located in Shadyside and is looking for a friendly, positive and reliable assistant manager to help manage and lease our buildings and provide excellent customer service to our tenants. Additionally, your relevant skills in negotiation, conflict management, and administrative tasks will support the overall success of our property management team. Typical duties involve:
- Prepare leases and renewal leases
- Answer phones
- Show Apartments
- Market the units
- Relay messages to maintenance staff and management
- Survey apartments and grounds for any issues. This would involve travel around the Squirrel Hill, Oakland, and Shadyside
- Log calls in our software system
- Other reasonable tasks related to property management
You must have your own vehicle to travel to the properties from our office, and excellent computer and phone skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
