The Position:
We are looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team. This person will help manage and lease our buildings and provide excellent customer service to our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare leases and renewal leases
- Answer phones
- Show Apartments
- Market the units
- Relay messages to maintenance staff and management
- Survey apartments and grounds for any issues. This would involve travel around the South Hills.
- Log calls in our software system
- Other reasonable tasks related to property management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property management preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.
You must have your own vehicle to travel to the properties from our office, and excellent computer and phone skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
