What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Leak and Drywall Repair position at Regional Property Management Firm?
Property management company needed for full time leak repair person to handle properties in Bellevue, Pittsburgh and Ross Township repairing pin hole leaks in pipe, tub drains, and other basic repair items.
Must be able to repair and patch drywall to level 5, prime, caulking and paint sealants.
Must have working of PEX systems, pressfit tools, different types of copper and steel water lines.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
