Responsibilities:
Grant Management:
- Oversee the grant lifecycle, from identification and application to closeout.
- Ensure compliance with grant regulations and reporting requirements.
- Monitor grant expenditures and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate grant reports.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends and potential issues.
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and partners.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.
Allocations:
- Allocate funds to various programs and departments based on approved budgets.
- Monitor allocations and ensure funds are used appropriately.
Financial Oversight:
- Review and approve financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures.
- Work with the third-party bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in developing and managing the organization's budget.
- Monitor budget performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections.

Pay: $57,612.74 - $69,383.09 per year
