***Regional Security Consulting (RSC) is looking for qualified Event Staff for the Cardinals Season to join our team at Ballpark Village - St. Louis.
Employees for this position will be assigned to one or more of the entrances of several venues on property. They will be responsible for providing a top-notch costumers experience while providing professional security screening services. Employment is Seasonal, with an option to extend into a permanent position based on operational needs and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patrons and performing security screening with both a Magnetometer and hand-held metal detector
- Monitoring the security and safety of the environment
- Monitoring venue perimeter for safety concerns
- Assessing customer aggression or intoxication and determining best courses of action when needed as per company policy
Experience:
- Prior experience in security screening a plus
- Customer Service
- Dealing with conflicts/ resolutions
- CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
- Be able to pass a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
