RSC is looking for qualified and Experienced Public Safety Officers and Nightlife Security Officers to join our team at Ballpark Village, STL, MO

Public Safety Officer - Must be able to obtain Security License
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent disturbances.
- Provide assistance and support to visitors, employees, and residents as needed.
- Conduct investigations into incidents or suspicious activities and document findings.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- Basic first aid knowledge is preferred·
Nightlife Security
- Greeting patrons and checking IDs
- Knowledge of fake IDs preferred
- Maintain IN/OUT Counts
- Monitoring the environment inside the venue and around venue perimeters
- Assessing customers for intoxication / inappropriate behavior
- reporting activity to Venue / Security Management
Skills
- Conflict Resolution
- Must be 21 years of age
- Prefer 1-2 yrs. experience in security or related fields
- Prefer experience in the Concert/Club/Bar industry
- Be able to obtain a Security License through STLMPD Private Licensing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
