What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fraud Specialist position at Regional Warehouse and Logistics?
Position Overview:
you will be primarily responsible for the communication, research, resolution, and posting of high volumes of credit card chargeback transactions. Utilizing established processes in a multi-client/system environment while driving process improvements.
This position will require a strong drive for results, high attention to detail, and time management skills. Key competencies include displaying integrity, being action oriented, and having strong computer skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to chargeback disputes and retrieval requests within the expected time frame.
- Maintain and provide data reports resulting from chargeback cases.
- Serves as a resource or subject matter expert for chargebacks.
- Offer insight and awareness to identify trends received with chargebacks.
- Adhere to organizational, industry and compliance with payment standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate efficiently between applications including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- 1 to 2 years in the payment industry (with a minimum of 1 year experience with chargeback processing).
