Fraud Specialist

Position Overview:

you will be primarily responsible for the communication, research, resolution, and posting of high volumes of credit card chargeback transactions. Utilizing established processes in a multi-client/system environment while driving process improvements.

This position will require a strong drive for results, high attention to detail, and time management skills. Key competencies include displaying integrity, being action oriented, and having strong computer skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Research and respond to chargeback disputes and retrieval requests within the expected time frame.

• Maintain and provide data reports resulting from chargeback cases.

• Serves as a resource or subject matter expert for chargebacks.

• Offer insight and awareness to identify trends received with chargebacks.

• Adhere to organizational, industry and compliance with payment standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate efficiently between applications including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.

• 1 to 2 years in the payment industry (with a minimum of 1 year experience with chargeback processing).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Chargeback processing: 2 years (Required)
• Payment industry: 2 years (Preferred)
