IT Inventory Specialist

Description:

Under general supervision, receive boxes containing laptops to be process.(process below):

• Intake of returns laptops
• Use supplied software to wipe laptop hard drive.
• Prep laptops for donation
• Remove asset tags.
• Clean machines
• Check for damages.
• Update spread sheet with serial number / asset tags.
• Box up laptops in supplied boxes
• Label box for shipping
• Bring box to shipping to be shipped.
• If laptop is not in condition to be donated(Broken screen, missing keys)
• Wipe laptop hard drive
• Set aside to be disposed.
• If laptop cannot be wiped with software
• Remove hard drive physically.
• Set aside to be disposed.

All devices need to be scanned and input in a shared spreadsheet for tracking purposes.

Spread sheet will need to be updated real time throughout the day.

Daily Communication with team of all donations updates, (wiped, ready to be shipped , etc.)

Assit with daily Asset and Logistics when possible.

• Receiving boxes, stocking shelves, counting stock, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Laptops, Asset and Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
• clerical duties: 1 year (Preferred)
