Position Overview:
We are seeking a QA Specialist to focus on process improvements and audits. This role emphasizes quality assurance processes over technical inspections. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and inspections on product quality in alignment with established quality assurance processes.
  • Support investigations of nonconforming materials and report findings to authorized vendors as required.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to address new or complex quality issues.
  • Assist in implementing new product quality plans and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Provide support for ISO 9001 requirements and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of QA activities, findings, and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Solid professional work habits, including teamwork, time management, and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • QA: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Audits: 1 year (Preferred)
