Position Overview:
We are seeking a QA Specialist to focus on process improvements and audits. This role emphasizes quality assurance processes over technical inspections. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and inspections on product quality in alignment with established quality assurance processes.
- Support investigations of nonconforming materials and report findings to authorized vendors as required.
- Collaborate with management and team members to address new or complex quality issues.
- Assist in implementing new product quality plans and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Provide support for ISO 9001 requirements and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of QA activities, findings, and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Solid professional work habits, including teamwork, time management, and reliability.
