Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
The Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager oversees the efficient and safe functioning of warehouse activities, inventory control, and transportation logistics. This role ensures smooth operations by optimizing workflows, maintaining compliance, and leading a high-performing team to meet business and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring timely order processing.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to uphold a hazard-free workplace and OSHA compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline logistics.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address logistics-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, transportation logistics, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP, WMS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and cost-saving initiative.
• Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
• SAP S/4 Hana WM & TM module implementation: 1 year (Preferred)
