What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at Regional Warehouse and Logistics?
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)
Job Summary:
Performs shipping, receiving, material handling, and order fulfillment tasks in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include picking, packing, replenishing stock, and operating stand-up/reach forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling Stocking presses, moving paper boxes & cores.
Pick/Pack/Ship Fulfilling orders, preparing shipments.
Forklift Operation Using stand-up/reach forklifts (training provided if needed).
Safety Compliance Following warehouse protocols and wearing required PPE.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year in warehouse operations (PIV/forklift experience preferred).
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, 75 lbs occasionally.
- Footwear: Steel-toe shoes required (other PPE provided).
- Skills: Basic math, ability to read a ruler, computer familiarity (MS Office/WMS a plus).
- Schedule Flexibility: Must transition from 1st shift training to 2nd shift afterward.
Preferred (Not Required):
- High school diploma/GED.
- Prior stand-up forklift experience.
- Familiarity with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
